trauma-informed therapy | CBT | DBT
I am a warm and compassionate listener who helps guide clients to achieve their goals using strength-based and resilience counseling. I put the individual client's needs first and use methods that best work for each individual. I am CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT trained and have experience with EMDR techniques. While every client gets treated the same respectful way not every client gets the same treatment. I use the technique that is best suited to the client. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and patients who have survived relational trauma, a cancer diagnosis, or who have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I understand the unique challenges that these individuals face, and I am committed to providing them with the support and guidance they need to heal and thrive.
I believe that everyone has the strength and resilience to overcome their challenges. My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths, develop coping skills, and heal from their past experiences. I also provide support and guidance to help my clients achieve their goals and live their best lives. If you are an adolescent, adult, or patient who has survived relational trauma, a cancer diagnosis or who has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, or if you are someone who is stuck not being able to live life to your fullest, I encourage you to reach out to me. I would be honored to help you on your journey to wholeness and healing.
This is my second career and one that I am passionate about. I love seeing people become unstuck and achieve their goals. Some of my interests outside of the therapy session include cooking, baking, finding exciting new restaurants, visiting museums and art galleries, and creating collages. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places.
